Even if the soul is removed she still has aspects of her divine father, referred to as The Instinct, by itself. The Taint of Bhaal is basically Bhaal's genetics, and seems to have a mind of its own. Anything else?: Bhaal was a death god, predominantly of Murder. Idk if Enkythos would be turned off by that or not. She is generally not an envious or jealous person. Though things might crop up, but usually she'd envy people who seem "normal".
